2. 3. Enter the switching power supply. The working voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated current marked on the various heating tubes. If it is less than the rated current, the heat generated by the single-head heating tube will also decrease.
4. The outlet end of the single-head heating tube should be kept clean and dry. On the contrary, it will reduce the dielectric strength and be penetrated by short-circuit faults. 6. When using a single-head heating tube, attention should be paid to the heating material. Solve the problem of no deposition of raw materials for heating tubes and shells.
7. The single-head electric heating tube should be stored in a dry warehouse. If the surface layer returns to moisture due to long-term placement, use a megohmmeter to accurately measure the grounding resistance in the application. If it is less than 1 megohm/500 volts, the heating tube should be placed in a drying box at 200 degrees for air-drying.
8. If the application time of single-head heating tube is long, if the surface layer accumulates thicker tube scale and oil, it should be eliminated on time. Otherwise, the heat conduction characteristic of the heating tube will be reduced and the heat consumption of the tube surface will exceed the rated value and be damaged.
