For Heating Tubes:
Please try your best to provide drawings if possible or send us original samples.
Usually, you need to provide the below information:
Voltage: 5V to 380V
Power: 50W to 10KW
Tube Materials: SS304, SS310, SS316, SS202, SS301, SS302 and incoloy 840 and incoloy 800 etc.
Shape: Any shape is ok for us
Different use condition requires different tube materials.
Tube Diameter: 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 6.5mm, 8mm, 8.5mm, 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, 12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm etc. If for flat heating tubes, please note we also can do.
Tube surface effect: dark green, stainless steel self-color, black or grey
Also, we need to know if you need with flange and what size or do you need lead wires
If with fins, please also provide the fin dimensions.
For SIC heating rods,
1. Choose the shape you need, like Rod, U, W, Single Spiral, etc.
2. Out Diameter (OD)

5. Resistance you need.

For Mosi2 heating rods,
