1. Are you a factory or trading company?
Answer: we have our own factories, also we are a trading company for some of the heating elements. But all of the production will be final inspected by our own factories and then shipped out.
2. How to order production from you?
Answer: Normally we will suggest you to buy a sample first and do test by yourself first, and then place order to us. Before you need sample or production, it is very helpful if you can provide detailed drawings or real samples to us. If you don't have either of them, no problem we can design for you, just please tell us your requirements or send us your devices for our heating elements to match.
3. How can I trust you?
Answer: This is very hard questions for us, usually we only let our production and our services response it.
No matter what we say today, it is no much useful, this is only talking.
But we are not doing only one time business with all of our customers, we are seeking long term cooperation with all of our customers, if only for one time business, i think our company will be closed very soon. Do you agree with me?
4. Can I visit your company and factories?
Answer: Of course you are welcome to visit us and know more about us after the pandemic situation getting better. Looking forward to meet you one day.
5. Do you have any representative in my country?
Answer: We are planning to have some representatives in foreign countries, but just in our plan, our company still under developing and expanding from small company, not have so much capability do this right now.
6. What is your advantage compare with other companies?
Answer: Strictly quality control and instant response and our responsibility and honesty, after long time cooperation with us, you will know this.
7. Do you have ready made products or stock items?
Answer: Currently all of our products are customized except some brewing heaters and milk heaters. Please note all of our production are customized base on customers' own requires, or we can design the heating elements for customers too.
8. What is your minimum order quantity?
Answer: This is depend on what product you need? If for those raw materials easily to get, the moq is low, but for raw materials moq is large, then our moq is large too.
Also please note comparing with those large quantity order, the small order quantity prices is a little bit higher than larger quantity.
9. What is your package for goods?
Answer: For light goods, we usually will use cartons, for those not light but not heavy goods, we will put them in cartons first and then will put on pallets. For heavy goods, we will use wooden cases. For fragile goods, we will use foam packages and then put cartons and then put in wooden cases and finally with 8 corners springs fixed on iron frames.
10. Can you pack the goods with our logos and our own design boxes and packing requires?
Answer: Yes, of course, you can ask us to pack the goods with your own logos and your requested packages, then you can directly sell them on markets, we are also doing so for some of our customers.
11. What is your trade term?
Answer: In recent several years, in order to make convenient for buyers, we can do door to door prices, that means you no need to do any things, we will send the goods directly to your hand, we will pay all duties and pay all freight etc. The only thing you need to do is waiting the goods arriving. But for this way, if you need any tax proof in you local, then you have to tell us before we send them out, this is very important.
Beside above, we are also doing EXW, FOB, CIF etc, this will depend on your requires.
12. What is your normal delivery time?
Answer: For most of our items, the delivery time is 7-15 days. For those very complicated items and usually we need 25 - 30 days.
