The threaded electric heating tube is a series of flanged heating tubes. It is usually composed of 3, or 6, or 9 U-shaped double-head heating tubes which are welded to the flange by TIG argon arc. Common mounting screws The size of the teeth are: 1 inch, 1.5 inch (M47*2.5), 2 inch (M58*2.5) tube thread, and the formation of threaded heating tube; its voltage is normal and customized according to customer requirements, more commonly used There are three types: 220v, 200v, and 380v; the power varies according to the heating size. The normal power is used in: 3KW, 4.5KW, 6KW, 8KW, 9KW, 10KW, 12KW, 15KW, 18KW, 21KW ten enumerated ranges.
Application of threaded heating tube:
Threaded heating tubes are often used as boiler heaters, tank heaters, mold temperature heaters, etc., and are widely used for tank-tank equipment heating in electronics, plastics, chemical, and environmental engineering.

Precautions for the use of screw type heating tube screw type heater:
1. Do not use unstable containers. Before installing the heater, make sure that the container is placed smoothly, and then install and fix it. Because the unstable container is easy to overturn and dump the liquid, causing the heating tube to burn dry, due to the danger of fire, electric shock, etc.;
2. Do not modify the heater at will. Random deformation and modification may cause changes in the internal structure of the heater, affect electrical performance, and may cause fire, leakage, electric shock and other hazards;
3. Do not arbitrarily install at the air outlet with high humidity. Installing at the air outlet with high humidity will easily cause the heating tube to get damp and the insulation drop, which may cause electric leakage, electric shock and other hazards;
4. Do not use the heating tube in a heating container that lacks water or is contaminated. Put the heating tube in a liquid with a lot of impurities to heat, which will easily cause the surface to be fouled and the heat generated by itself cannot be dissipated in time. If you go out, the heating tube will be damaged. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the heating liquid must not be lower than the normal liquid level standard. Otherwise, the heating tube may be damaged, fire and other dangers may occur;
5. Do not accumulate heavy objects on the power cord. When the power supply line is long, you should check whether the line is squeezed by heavy objects. If it is found, the objects should be evacuated in time. Because prolonged squeezing and friction may cause damage to the wire sheath, causing dangers such as electric leakage, electric shock, and even fire.
