In fact, in general, it refers to the heating state in which the water tank has no water or less water than below during the heating process of the auxiliary electric heating tube. In other words, dry burning is not a set working state, but an accident of system operation, that is, a fault state. If this state of affairs continues, it will lead to more serious consequences. Now, with the rapid development of auxiliary electric heating tubes, auxiliary electric heating tubes can prevent continuous dry burning.
Preventing continuous dry burning means that when the system is powered on in a state of water shortage or no water, the operation should be terminated for a limited time before the consequences occur, and the power supply should be cut off for treatment. Until the anhydrous or water-scarce state is eliminated, no power is re-energized, regardless of how the temperature control tube moves and whether the system power is cut off. Of course, if there is no water or lack of water, there will be no electricity, or there will be no water, which is the meaning of anti-dry burning.
However, there is another point that consumers need to know. Although many electric heating tubes on the market have the function of water shortage and power cut, sometimes due to the instability of the sensor, the waterless signal is uncertain. So pay attention to one point when choosing.
Maintenance method of electric heating tube:
1) Store the single-ended heating tube in a dry place, especially in a high humidity environment.
2) Protect the heating tube leads to avoid wear and tear, and must not be exposed to contaminants such as grease and injection molding machine outlets. The use environment of the wire shall not be higher than 450 °C.
3) The operation of the equipment needs temperature control and to maintain good working condition, and the operating equipment should meet the specifications;
4) Since all heating tubes tend to absorb moisture in humid air, moisture may accumulate during transportation or storage. Therefore, heating tubes with low insulation resistance values (less than 1 trillion euros) can be baked in the oven for several hours or at the beginning of operation using low pressure to eliminate moisture.
