Common problems and precautions when using single-head heating tubes



1. Before installing the application, the special heating tube should read the relevant articles in detail to understand the basic parameters and prevent damage.
2. The hot part of the single-head heating tube should penetrate into the heating material to prevent the slow release of heating, exceeding the allowable heating temperature, and damaging the heating tube. In addition, part of the wiring should be exposed to the insulation of the electric heater or outside the electric heater to avoid overtemperature and damage.
3. When entering the switching power supply, the working voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated current marked on various heating tubes. If suitable for less than the rated current, the heat caused by the single-head heating tube will also be reduced.
4. The outlet end of the single-head heating tube should be kept clean and dry, on the contrary, it will reduce the dielectric strength and be penetrated by short-circuit faults. If the natural environment of chemical corrosion, flammable, flammable, explosive and other liquids or gases is used, the insulation layer sealing equipment should be used to strictly protect the outlet part of the heating pipe to prevent safety accidents.
5. Heat some binders and other chemicals such as sodium nitrate. Polyether. Paraffin, etc. , reduce the supply voltage when starting heating to reduce the calorific value of the heating tube, and then rise to the rated current for heating.
6. The single-head heating tube should pay attention to the heating material. Solve the problem of heating tube shell raw materials without deposition.
7. Single-head electric heating tubes should be stored in a dry warehouse. If due to long-term placement and surface moisture regain, a megohmmeter should be used to explicitly measure the grounding resistance. If it is less than 1 megohm/500 volts, the heating tube should be put into a 200 degree drying oven for air drying.
8. The single head heating tube has a long application time. If the pipe scale and oil accumulate on the surface, they should be eliminated in time, otherwise the thermal conductivity of the heating tube will be reduced, resulting in the heat consumption on the pipe surface exceeding the rated value.
