3. Water level problem,
Because the water in the heating system will evaporate, the longer the time, the more evaporation, if you do not pay attention to the alarm water level, resulting in the water level is too low, the electric heating tube will be dry burning, the electric heating tube is easy to be burned, so either pay attention to the water level, or choose an electric heating tube that can be dry burned.
4. Impurity problems
If unfiltered water is often added to the electric heating system, some impurities will adhere to the electric heating tube, and a layer of dirt will form on the surface of the electric heating tube over time, causing the electric heating tube to burn out.
5. Cleaning problems
If the electric boiler is not cleaned frequently, impurities will inevitably appear, and it is reasonable for the electric heating tube to be burned out.
6. The gap problem between the electric heating pipe and the mold
If the internal temperature of the electric heating tube heat can not be dissipated, it will cause the surface temperature of the electric heating tube to rise, causing the internal temperature of the electric heating tube to rise, when the internal temperature of the mold electric heating tube is high to a certain extent, it will burn the resistance wire, so that the life of the mold electric heating tube becomes shorter, and the phenomenon of bursting the pipe will occur more seriously, so the gap between the electric heating tube and the mold cannot be too large. However, the gap between them should not be too small, because the mold electric heating tube will expand due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction after installation and power-on, and many molds cannot be taken out when the electric heating tube is broken. Therefore, it is generally recommended that when purchasing a mold electric heating tube, the gap between the aperture of the mold hole and the pipe diameter of the electric heating pipe is 0.1-0.2mm, which is very suitable
