2. The thermal resistance of thermal grease is low, and the thermal conductivity is better in the short term, and the thermal resistance of thermally conductive silicone sheet is higher, and the short-term thermal conductivity is not as good as thermal grease;
3. Price: The thermal conductive silicone grease only needs to be applied with a thin layer, so the price is lower. The unit price of thermal conductive silicone sheet is calculated in square meters, and the price is slightly higher.
