1. Electrical performance
Insulation resistance: R≥5×108Ω[500VDC]
Rated applied voltage: 220VAC/110VAC
Resistance: R+10% (23+1℃) or according to user contract requirements.
2. Aging test: Apply 110% of the rated voltage, connect a diode in series, turn on and off for 3 minutes as a cycle, and there is no abnormality in a total of 2 cycles.
3. Voltage boost test: add 130VAC and 250VAC voltages respectively, connect a diode in series, and the heating element will be energized for 10 seconds under each voltage, and there is no abnormality. [Applicable to 230VAC heating film]
4. Thermal test: Under normal voltage, the electric heating substrate heats up uniformly and there is no abnormality.
5. Physical properties
Bulk density≥3.6g/cm3
Flexural strength ≥260MPa
6. Lead wire tension: the axis direction is not less than 5Kgf, and the angle 45 to the axis is not less than 3Kgf.
7. Temperature performance:
Working temperature 100~230℃: The highest temperature can reach 500~700℃.
8. Heating efficiency: the working temperature can be reached within 30 seconds.
9. Reliability: After the machine is installed, the meter is turned on for 30 minutes and turned off for 30 minutes. The meter is a cycle. After 1000 cycles, there is no abnormality in the test.
Appearance: The appearance has no mechanical damage, burrs, cracks, rust, or pollution, and its warpage is not more than 0.005mm/mm.
