Induction cooker gap type conduction, in layman's terms, heating intermittent, as if to heat and can not start, the bottom of the pot sucks and puts it down, there is a slight clicking sound, can not be heated, can not cook normally.
This fault phenomenon is called intermittent heating, or intermittent heating.
Intermittent heating is the performance of the fault condition in the machine, the microcomputer system sends a flushing signal, so that the induction cooker into the heating working state, each detection circuit will send a variety of detection signals back to the computer processing center, after internal microprocessing, if an abnormal detection is found, the system will turn off the pulse, stop heating, repeat this action, there will be intermittent heating.
There are many causes of intermittent heating, which is a more complex and intractable disease.
First see if the circuit board is too dirty, use alcohol or washing water to do a cleaning, may be caused by oil pollution caused by leakage between the lines, resulting in abnormal detection signals.
Check and repair welding of various high-power, large-sized components, especially constantan wire, safety capacitors, bridge stacks, chokes and other devices that are easy to heat, and the virtual welding of these devices will cause voltage and current changes.
Checking whether the current regulation potentiometer has poor contact, failure, or a fault in the current regulation detection circuit is one of the causes of intermittent heating.
Check the filter anti-interference circuit, the 2uf filter capacitor capacity decreases, fails, and is also one of the reasons for intermittent heating.
Check whether the synchronous detection circuit, pot inspection circuit, temperature detection circuit and other components, especially the large-resistance resistor, have changed values.
