The principle of an industrial oven
When the industrial oven is working, the operator obtains the temperature value inside the industrial oven through the instrument and thermosensor, and operates it through the control system. Compared with the ordinary heat dissipation heating method, the hot air circulation heating method of industrial oven has better gas fluidity, which can speed up the drying speed of materials in industrial ovens.
The hot air circulation system of the industrial oven is composed of a supply motor, a wind wheel and an electric heater, the air supply motor drives the wind wheel to send out cold air, and the cold air is heated by the electric heating equipment to carry the heat energy and enter the oven studio of the industrial oven through the air duct.
The hot air circulation system of the industrial oven is conducive to improving the uniformity of the air temperature, and the temperature value will be affected and changed during the process of transporting materials in the opening and closing door of the industrial oven, and the uniformity of the hot air circulation system is conducive to restoring the temperature value of the working state within the maximum speed.
