Oven safety operating procedures
The oven should be used in accordance with the temperature range specified on the nameplate, and the oven must be well grounded.
Flammable materials such as oil basins, oil drums, cotton yarn, cloth scrapings and other items shall not be stacked near the oven, and washing, scraping and painting shall not be carried out next to the oven.
It is necessary to prevent other objects from falling into the bottom of the oven and making contact with the resistance wire and causing a short circuit.
Before opening the oven, the power must be cut off. Do not leave during the warming process.
Do not store items such as tools, equipment parts and volatiles of oil in the oven.
Parts washed by gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, banana water flammable liquid and painted items should be placed at room temperature for 15~30 minutes, and most of the flammable liquid can be put into the oven for baking after volatilization, and ventilation should be paid attention to in the room.
The oven shall not be cleaned while working, let alone wiped with gasoline.
Non-metallic items are put into the oven for heating, and must be carried out in accordance with the process regulations.
The ventilation gate must be opened before the oven drying oven is working to prevent explosion.
Before use, check the automatic control device to indicate whether the signal is sensitive and effective, and whether the electrical circuit insulation is intact and reliable.
The tuning steps for PID controller parameters are as follows:
(1) First pre-select a sufficiently short sampling period for the system to work;
(2) Only add the proportional control link until the system has a critical oscillation in the step response to the input, and note the proportional amplification coefficient and critical oscillation period at this time;
(3) Under a certain degree of control, the parameters of the PID controller are calculated by formula.
