The structure of the cold storage air cooler is not complicated, and the middle is a row of cores arranged by aluminum foil, and the copper tube and electric heating tube are interspersed in the middle of the core. The shell is generally sprayed with anti-rust, the bottom shape is generally slightly funnel-shaped, and a drain pipe is installed. The enclosure certifies that a fan is installed. This is the basic structure of the air cooler.
Air cooler appearance
The main function of the core is to conduct cooling. When the low-temperature refrigerant flows through the copper tube interspersed in the core, the cold energy is conducted through the copper tube to the aluminum foil fin. After the forced convection of the fan, when the hot air in the cold storage passes through the cold aluminum foil fins, the temperature drops, and the heat causes the refrigerant in the copper tube to evaporate into a gaseous state and return to the compressor for the next compression. This is the cooling process and the role of the individual parts of the air cooler.
Uninstalled air cooler back
The function of the electric heating tube is to defrost heating. Because the water vapor in the air will easily adsorb on the aluminum foil fins with very low temperature, it will frost or even freeze after a long time. If it is not treated, the fan will not be able to circulate the air and lose the cooling effect. So this cream should be clear at all times. The electric heating tube is heated to melt this frost, and the melted frost is turned into water, which is excluded from the library from the bottom funnel-shaped drain pipe.
This is the structure and principle of the air cooler.
