Precautions for the use of ceramic heaters
It is strictly forbidden to open the intake valve when the ceramic heater is turned on. Electric heaters belong to auxiliary machinery and equipment. When the refined oil is relatively good, the opening degree of the electric heater is controlled within 60%, and when the refined oil is poor, the opening degree is controlled within 40%.
The opening sequence of the air duct electric heating device: close the size of the air leakage switch and the main power switch of the power-on. According to the need to select the remote control proximity control, please refer to the product manual for the proximity control. Set various main parameters.
When turning off, first turn on the main power switch and the near-to-far switch (placed in position), and then turn off the small air leakage switch and the large air leakage switch. Open: First deliver oil and then close. Turn off: cut off the power first and then stop the oil. It is strictly forbidden to close without oil stains or oil immobility.
For common faults, if the oil is not flowing, the electric heating device should be turned off immediately. Electric heaters should establish all normal manufacturing inspection systems. The electric heater inspection includes whether there is leakage, whether the touch-sensitive cover is overheated, and whether the power switch is in place. The electrical equipment inspection includes whether the current and voltage are normal, and whether the wiring ends are over-temperature.
