Precautions for installing copper pipe piping:
1. When the diameter of the copper pipe is not larger than 22mm, the coil should be used, and when the diameter of the copper pipe is larger than 22mm, the straight pipe should be used.
2. Before the installation of the refrigerant pipe, the refrigerant pipe design shall be carried out, the pipe resistance shall be calculated, the diameter of the refrigerant pipe shall be correctly selected, and the specifications specified by the product shall usually be adopted. The refrigerant pipeline connecting the inside and outside should be as short as possible to reduce resistance and increase cooling capacity.
3. When a pan (straight) tube is used, the inside of the tube should be bright and free of impurities.
4. The diameter of the refrigerant pipe of each type of air conditioning unit and the longest pipe allowed for each circuit must meet the manufacturer's technical requirements.
5. When coiled pipe is used, the elbow used in each circuit should be bent with a bending radius greater than 3.5D (pipe diameter). When using finished elbows, the number of elbows cannot exceed the manufacturer's technical requirements. When straight pipes are used, the number of elbows used in each circuit cannot exceed the manufacturer's technical requirements.
6. Connecting copper pipes should try to cut the long pipe directly from the coil (straight) pipe to reduce solder joints and reduce the possibility of system leakage.
7. When the copper pipe is installed through the wall, bulkhead seals must be used at both ends of the refrigerant pipe to prevent impurities from entering.
8. Nitrogen must be filled for protection during welding to ensure that there is no oxide scale.
9. It is necessary to ensure that the compressor of the air conditioning unit returns oil; when the outdoor unit is installed at a vertical position higher than the indoor unit installation position by more than 6m, make an oil return bend every 6m from the bottom of the air return pipe.
