1. Vertical suspension
The molybdenum disilicide heating element is very brittle at room temperature and has plasticity at high temperature. The best installation method for all U-shaped components is to hang vertically. The components are hung vertically on the top of the furnace by fixing clips. The purpose of this installation is to avoid adding mechanical stress to the heating end of the component, otherwise it is easy to cause the component to break.
2. Fixing clip
The weight of the entire component is borne by the fixing clip, and the position of the component is also determined by it. Therefore, it must be carefully installed to ensure that the components are suspended vertically. In order to avoid local overheating, the cone of the lower part of the foresight must extend into the furnace.
3. Connecting strap
Only aluminum braid or multilayer aluminum foil is used for the connecting wires of the contact element. The outer clamp only serves as a clamping function and is not used for conducting electricity. The end of the wire is connected to the bus bar.
In order to prevent stress from being transmitted to the component, the length of the wire should be slightly longer than the straight-line distance between the component and the bus bar. When installing the component, do not tighten the screw on the chuck too tightly at one time, and tighten it again when the component rises to a high temperature, because the component has a certain degree of plasticity and is not easy to break. Generally, the temperature of the chuck should not be higher than 200°C. Therefore, the contact voltage between the chuck wire and the component should be reduced by 0.1V. In order to prevent the radiant heat from being transmitted to the chuck, the distance between the lower end of the chuck and the top of the through brick should not be less than 50mm. In order to avoid damage, the general diameter 6/12mm component cannot be used for a long time at 170A, and the diameter 9/18mm component cannot be used for a long time at 300A.
