Installation of cold storage drainage pipe: PVC or PPR engineering plastic pipe for drainage pipe:
1. Steps: Connect the water pipe→ lay the heating wire→ check the water leakage → heat insulation.
2. Before the installation of the pipeline, the dirt and rust in the pipe must be cleaned up, and the opening of the pipeline should be closed and protected during the installation stoppage.
3. The shorter the effective distance of the drainage pipe in the warehouse, the better, and the horizontal pipe should slope to the drainage outlet with a slope of 1/100 to 1/50.
4. Make a soft connection between the drainage outlet of the machine tray and the drainage pipe in the warehouse, and the drain outlet of the condensate tray in the warehouse should be higher than the interface of the drainage pipe, and the PVC pipeline is connected by special PVC glue. The leakage test of the drainage water system can be carried out by the water filling test, and no leakage is qualified.
5. After the pipeline is installed, the system should be flushed, and the system can be connected only after cleaning.
