The thick frost layer will hinder the air flow and affect the heating capacity of the air conditioner, so a defrost circuit is installed on the air conditioner.
1. Pay attention to the change of external temperature when using air conditioning. The role of air conditioning is to transfer outdoor energy to the interior in winter. If it is used for a long time, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner needs to be defrosted, and the air conditioner does not do heating work during the period. If the weather is particularly cold or snowy, the outdoor heat is not enough, and the heating effect is poor. Once you are frozen, the outside temperature is not enough, frost, and the end result is that you have to find someone to repair the appliance for help.
2. Accelerate defrosting by frequency conversion. Although air conditioners generally have the function of automatic defrosting, there are also times when defrosting does not completely affect the use. At this time, you can do the opposite. As the saying goes, both cold and warm can be neutralized. Then, switch the air conditioner to cooling mode and heat the indoor temperature sensor. You have to do it with security measures in place. Otherwise, causing diseases such as colds will outweigh the losses.
3. Use auxiliary tools. If there is still no noticeable defrost in the cooling mode, then we can blow it with a hair dryer or apply a towel soaked in hot water, or we can speed up the air conditioning defrosting.
4. Choose the type of air conditioner that suits the local temperature. If your place is particularly cold in winter and needs to use air conditioners for a long time to achieve heating effects, you may wish to choose inverter air conditioners. If the weather is mild in the south and it is not too cold in winter, you can choose a fixed-speed air conditioner. Because the minimum defrosting cycle of inverter air conditioner is 30 minutes, it takes about 3-15 minutes. The minimum defrosting cycle of the fixed-speed air conditioner is 50 minutes, which takes about 5-8 minutes.
