During the installation process of the electric heating tube, according to the requirements of the equipment and voltage, it is necessary to make a judgment to determine whether the delta connection or the star connection is used in the equipment, so that the electric heating tube can be more suitable for heating in the equipment. How do we judge the voltage and wiring method?
1. How to correctly judge the voltage used:
1. Obtained by calculation and measurement: Knowing its resistance, power or other electrical parameters, the rated power can be calculated by formulas. After confirming, the value can be obtained by measuring instrument. Formula: I=U/RP=UI=R*I*I=U*U/R Where: I=current (ampere); U=voltage (volt); R=resistance (ohm); power=P (watt ).
2. The actual wiring used: Generally, the normal electric heating tube uses 220V, 380V. When the voltage between the two is uncertain, you can directly connect the 220V voltage to use, and judge by observing the working condition of the electric heating tube. If the heating effect is not good, it can be concluded that the set voltage is greater than 220V.
2. Judge the connection method:
1. Normal electric heating tube generally chooses the voltage of 380V, and the voltage of 380V generally chooses the delta connection mode.
2. Unknown voltage selection wiring method: generally use 380V, choose delta connection. If the voltage is unknown, the star connection method can be used. If the heating effect is not obvious, the voltage can be judged.
3. Delta wiring and star wiring:
Star connection: three heating elements (take three heating elements as an example), the head end of each element (in fact, there is no head and tail, just for the convenience of description) connected together (this point is called the neutral point), three tails The ends are connected to three phase wires respectively. This connection is called star connection. When the rated voltage of the three components is 220 volts, star connection can be used. If the resistance values of the three components are different, the neutral point should be connected to the neutral line.
Delta connection: Three heating elements, the head of each element is connected to the tail of another element, and the three contacts are respectively connected to three phase wires. This connection is called delta connection. When the rated voltage of the three components is 380V, the delta connection can be used. If the resistance values of the three components are different, it does not affect the feasibility of this connection.
