1) Abnormal condition of the circulating pump of the heat transfer oil furnace
A) The current of the circulating pump decreases and the outlet pump pressure returns to zero, indicating that the pump is idling and does not supply oil. It may be oil vaporization. Take measures to find out the cause of vaporization; if the filter is clogged and the circulating pump is evacuated, immediately open the bypass to clean the filter; if the newly added heating conduction fluid contains water or the water-decomposed gas is not eliminated in the system, you should immediately Open the vent valve to exhaust.
B) If the circulating pump pressure does not change, the current increases and the flow decreases, the heat transfer fluid deteriorates and the viscosity increases. It should be replaced or regenerated in time. If the newly heated conductive fluid contains water or decomposed gas is not eliminated in the system, the vent valve should be opened immediately to discharge the gas.
C) When the current of the circulating pump is lower than the normal value, it means that the efficiency of the circulating pump is reduced, and the flow rate is reduced. It may be that the heating pipeline is blocked by fouling and should be cleaned.
2) When the pressure difference between the front and rear of the filter increases, and the pressure at the inlet of the pump drops, the filter may be blocked. The bypass should be opened and the filter should be disassembled and cleaned.
3) The exit temperature of the liquid-phase heat carrier furnace is low, the heat supply is insufficient, and the exhaust gas temperature exceeds 300 ℃, the main problem is ash accumulation, so ash should be blown in time. If the exhaust gas temperature is low, it is mainly a combustion problem, mainly due to insufficient induced air. Although the furnace is under positive pressure, the blast volume is not large, the furnace temperature is low, and the combustion intensity is not enough. Check whether the water seal of the slag discharger at the rear of the furnace, the ash outlet of the dust collector, etc. are well sealed, and whether there is a large amount of cold air leakage.
4) Common faults and treatment of chain grate
A) The grate is stuck. The reason is often that the heat-conducting oil grate piece is broken or the pin falls off and the grate piece is loose; there are metal inclusions in the coal that jam the grate; the grate piece is arched; the tip of the slag stopper (eagle iron) sinks and jams the grate . Treatment method: Use a wrench to reverse the grate to remove debris, replace the broken grate piece, and then start again. If it gets stuck after starting, stop the rotation and check the cause in detail before solving. If the eagle iron sinks, you can pull the fire door on both sides with an iron hook.
b) The grate stops rotating. It may be that the chain is too loose, does not mesh well with the sprocket, or the sprocket is severely worn, and the connection to the chain is bad; readjust the adjustment screws on both sides and tighten the grate. If it still does not work properly, You need to replace the sprocket.
