(1) According to the size of the PCB board and the requirements of the welding process, set the working mode of the machine and the output temperature of the heating plate.
(2) Turn on the heating switch (WARM), the heating plate starts to work, the display temperature rises, wait for a moment after the display temperature reaches the set value, so that the temperature of the heating plate surface is more uniform.
(3) Place the PCB board of the SMD component to be removed on the heating plate, and after the solder on the PCB board is melted, remove the SMD with tweezers or vacuum suction pen.
(4) At the end of the work, move the PCB board away from the heating board, turn off the heating switch (WARM), and turn off the main power switch.

2 - Operation of welding SMD with constant temperature heating table
(1) According to the size of the PCB board and the requirements of the welding process, set the working mode of the machine and the output temperature of the heating plate (it is recommended to set it in the regular heating state, and set the timing time according to experience, which can effectively prevent the PCB board from overheating).
(2) Turn on the heating switch (WARM), the heating plate starts to work, the display temperature rises, wait for a moment after the display temperature reaches the set value, so that the temperature of the heating plate surface is more uniform.
(3) Place the PCB board with the SMD device on the heating plate.
(4) As soon as the timing time arrives, the heating plate will stop heating, at this time to see whether the solder paste is completely melted, if the solder paste is not completely melted, adjust the timing appropriately
, continue to heat. Once the solder paste is completely melted, gently move the PCB board away from the heating plate. Wait for the tin paste to cool and solidify, and the welding work is completed.
(5) Turn off and turn on the heating switch (WARM) once, and apply the last set parameters by default to weld the next PCB board.
(6) After all welding is completed, turn off the heating switch (WARM) and turn off the main power switch.

Second, the use of constant temperature heating table instructions and operation methods
1. Operation method of heating plate
(1) Check whether the power cable is connected before turning on.
(2) Turn on the main power switch and press the SET key to enter the parameter setting interface.
(3) Set the heating timing time (this timing time is only valid when the machine is working in the timing mode, if the machine is working in continuous mode, you can press the SET button twice,
Skip this setting) Press the "▲" and "▼" keys to adjust the number of minutes to the ideal value (adjustment range 0-99 minutes). Press the SET key to switch to the seconds setting.

(4) Set the working temperature of the heating plate
After the time setting is complete, press the SET button again to switch to the temperature setting, and the clock digital tube displays the S character.
Press the up and down keys to adjust the temperature display area value to the ideal value (adjustment range 0-450°C).
(5) Set the working mode and start heating
Timing working mode: press the SET button several times until the green indicator is off, turn on the heating switch (WARM) to start heating. Red indicator
Light up, and the digital tube starts timing. Continuous working state: press the SET button several times until the green indicator is lit, turn on the heating switch WARM,
Start heating. The red indicator lights up and the tube starts timing.
(6) Stop heating
After heating, turn off the heating switch (WARM), the red indicator light is off, and the heating plate stops heating (if the machine is working in timing mode, it is timed to the timing time,

(7) Cooling (optional)
Turn on the cooling switch (COOL), the cross-flow fan starts to work, and turn off the cooling switch (COOL) after the temperature of the heating plate drops to normal temperature.
(8) Power off
Turn off the main power switch (POWER) and unplug the power cord.
2. Instructions for the use of constant temperature heating table
※This machine has two working modes: timing mode and continuous mode.
(1) The timing mode sets the heating timing time for the user, and when the time comes, the machine automatically stops heating and sounds an alarm. Continuous mode is the machine at all times
In the constant temperature heating state, the user must turn off the heating switch to stop heating.

(2) Setting and conversion of two working modes. The green indicator is the operating mode status indicator. The green indicator lights up visible on boot, press the SET button once,
The green indicator turns off, press the SET button three more times, and the green indicator lights up again. And so on and so forth.
When the green indicator is off, turn on the heating switch (WARM), and the machine will work in the timing mode; When the green indicator is lit, turn on the heating switch (WARM) and the machine will work in continuous mode.
