Common failure issues are as follows:
1. The problem that the temperature of the electric heater does not rise.
1.1 Check whether the fuse is intact, whether the thermal resistance (thermocouple) is well connected, and whether the heating element is damaged.
2. The power indicator does not light up and the voltmeter is not displayed.
2.1 Check whether the air switch is closed and whether the control line fuse is intact.
3. The problem of soot backflow
There are three common solutions:
3.1 During the normal operation of the air electric heater, because there is positive flowing air in the shell, the soot will not flow back into the shell.
3.2 Once the fan fails, it will stop working for a short time, there is no positive flow of air, and there may be a small amount of soot in the duct flowing back into the heater housing. Because there is a stainless steel protective sleeve outside the heating element of the electric heater element, a small amount of soot will not affect the electric heating element, but once the fan resumes work, the soot will be blown into the pipe.
3.3 fan because of a long time stop working, once the soot at one end of the pipeline is not blocked or not disconnected from the pipeline, it leads to a large amount of soot flowing back into the heater shell, which is an operating accident, should be treated according to the accident situation, but the electric heating element will not burn out, the reason is that there is no flowing air in the cylinder, the temperature of the heater will rise rapidly, and because of the automatic control and adjustment of the intelligent digital temperature controller, the heater will automatically stop heating, so the heating element will not burn out. If there is a large amount of soot in the shell, especially moist soot, the air in the shell is not flowing smoothly, when the fan starts, the pressure on the pressure gauge behind the fan will rise, and then we should check and remove the dust in the cylinder.
