The heating element is composed of silicone insulated heating wires. The heating wire is placed between two sheets of aluminum foil or heat-fused to a single layer of aluminum foil. The aluminum foil heater has a self-adhesive bottom layer for quick and easy installation on the area where the temperature needs to be maintained. Foil heaters are tailored to their needs and can therefore be sized to accommodate a wide range of pages.

It is suitable for heating in the environment where the rated voltage is below 250V, 50-60Hz, relative humidity ≤90%, and the ambient temperature is -30℃～+50℃.
