6. When adding a new wire to the device, the heating ring should be as close as possible to the main body of the hot nozzle, and the front end of the heating ring should reach the main body of the ring groove at the front end of the inner core of the hot nozzle.
7. Change the heating circle clockwise to move it to the head of the thermal nozzle to ensure that the heating wire completely reaches the front end of the thermal nozzle. In order to pay attention to the thermal circle on the thermal nozzle spreading to two closes, the center is rarely seen .
8. Install the heat shield of the heating ring. If the insulation cover is relatively tight, check whether the heating ring can be installed in place.
9. Install the circlip and check the standard resistance value of the heating coil and calculate the power (standard power is engraved on the heating coil), and check the resistance value of the thermocouple (zero or less resistance).
