This Electric Immersion Heater has been designed for use in beer and winemaking enabling you to maintain a constant temperature that yeasts like and thrive in. It is rated at 100 watts and is set to operate between 22-24 degC although can be adjusted. It has a fitted 3 pin plug and also has a bung with two holes, one for the cable to pass through and one for an airlock to be fitted.  It is suitable for glass 1-gallon demijohns as well as 5-gallon fermenters and brewing buckets. It is important that if you are using a brewing bucket that there is a hole more or less in the center of the lid.
