3. The electric heating tube should be positioned well, and the effective heat generation zone must be impiltrated into the liquid or metal solid, which is strictly prohibited. When the surface of the tubular body is scales or junction, it should be cleaned in time to avoid the use of life.
4. Heating that is easy to melt metal or solid nitric salts, alkali, bitumen, and stone wax, should reduce the use of voltage, and then heating the tube to melt, to rise to the rated voltage.
5. The heat when heating the air should be aligned evenly, so that the element has good heat dissipation conditions, so that the flowing air is fully heated.
6. Safety measures should be considered when heated nitric salts and prevent explosives.
7. The wiring portions should be placed outside the insulation layer, avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media, moisture; lead the wire heating tube should be able to withstand the temperature of the wiring portion and the heating load, and the wiring screw should be avoided.
8. The component should be stored in a dry place.
