Although there is no limit index for temperature overshoot in the standard of electric heating blast drying oven, electric heater manufacturers pay attention to users' opinions and specially design electric circuits to meet users' requirements in this regard. With the continuous improvement of control technology, the temperature overshoot of the electrothermal blast drying oven has generally been controlled below 2 to 3°C. Through fine adjustment, the meter reading in an ideal state does not even show temperature overshoot. It is impossible to completely eliminate the temperature overshoot. There are ways to make the temperature overshoot to an acceptable level. There are three methods for users to choose: ①Two-stage heating method; first set the temperature of the instrument at a temperature difference of 5-10℃ from the required temperature (the specific difference is appropriate, and the user can determine according to the ambient temperature at the time and the number of samples. ), and then reset the temperature of the instrument to the desired drying temperature after stabilization. ② Empty box constant method: First, empty the box to raise and stabilize the temperature of the studio to the required drying temperature, and then quickly put the sample into the studio. In this way, care should be taken to protect the operator from burns. More attention should be paid to the new hazards that may be caused by the volatilization speed of the volatile matter of the product being baked.
