1. Although the electric heater is equipped with a thermal protector, which can automatically cut off the power supply, it is only used when there is wind in the air duct, and it is necessary to avoid unexpected situations caused by the heater. Before heating, check that the relevant components are in normal state to ensure the normal operation of the fan, and then put the electric heater into use, thereby eliminating the possibility of ultra-high temperature without air drying, and it is recommended to jointly control with the fan.
2. The power supply voltage and the electric heater voltage must be equal, and the main power supply of the electric heater should be provided separately. Electric heaters must be properly connected to the control circuitry before they can be put into service.
3. Although the electric heater has a variety of protection devices, all the terminal blocks should be checked before use, whether they are firm. Grounding measures should be done to ensure safety.
4. The air inlet end of the electric heater needs to be equipped with a filter screen, and the filter screen should be cleaned regularly to avoid various foreign objects entering and damaging the electric heating pipe or affecting the life and heat dissipation performance of the heating tube.
5. When installing, the terminal should be left a distance of not less than one meter, which is convenient for repair and maintenance.
