The refrigerator is energized and the compressor does not start, first of all, you should check whether the thermostat of the freezer has turned away from the "stop" position, whether the defrost timer shaft has left the "defrost" position, if the compressor still does not start, the main reasons for the failure are as follows:
1. Circuit failure. The power cord is open, the power cord plug is in poor contact with the socket, the starting relay, overload protector terminal block falls off or poor contact, the compressor motor lead terminal block falls off, etc.
2. Start the relay and overload protector open circuit. PTC starting relay breakdown and circuit breaking, combined starting relay current coil blowing or armature jamming makes the contact in a normally open state, overload protector heating wire blown, starting capacitor failure, etc., will make the main circuit not through, L compressor can not start.
3. The freezer thermostat is faulty. The temperature sensor of the ordinary thermostat leaks, the transmission mechanism fails, and the contacts are seriously oxidized, which will make the contacts unable to close and turn on the compressor circuit normally. The failure of the thermistor of the electronic thermostat, the damage or deterioration of the relevant components, will also cause the refrigeration compressor not to start the failure.
4. The compressor itself is faulty. Such as compressor shaft or cylinder, compressor motor winding burned, etc. The main reason for the frequent start-up of the compressor is the presence of overcurrent in the circuit.
