What's wrong with the bronze tube of the refrigerator?
The copper tube in the refrigerator is an important part of the connection refrigeration system. Its main function is to transport the refrigerant from the compressor to the evaporator to complete the refrigeration cycle from compression, condensation, expansion to evaporation. Because the copper pipe and the external environment are in environments with a large difference in normal temperature, it is prone to frosting. So what are the reasons for copper tube?
1. The temperature is too low: the refrigeration cycle in the refrigerator consists of a compressor, condenser, expansion, and evaporator. When the temperature of the evaporator is too low, the water in the air will be condensed on the copper pipe to form cream. The reason for the temperature of the evaporator may be due to the accumulation of dust from the condenser and the evaporator's side plates, and the air flow is not smooth, resulting in insufficient calories and decreased temperature of the evaporator.
2. Refrigeration structure failure: If there is a problem with the refrigeration system in the refrigerator, it may cause the copper tube to frost. Common faults include refrigerant leakage, evaporator blocking, and expansion valve failure, etc. These conditions will cause incomplete refrigeration cycle or poor circulation, which will cause frost of copper tube.
3. Poor environment for refrigerators: If the refrigerator is placed in a humid or closed space, the moisture in the air can easily condense on the copper tube to form cream. In addition, if the refrigerator door is frequently switched, it can easily lead to poor refrigeration cycle, resulting in frosting copper tube.
4. Improper maintenance of the refrigerator: If the refrigerator is not cleaned in time, it will cause the evaporator's side plate to accumulate too thick, and the air circulation will not be smooth, which will affect the refrigeration cycle. In addition, if the refrigerator is not sealed well, the water in the air will condense on the copper tube to form cream.
In summary, the cause of copper tube frost may be many aspects. If this happens, we can properly clean, repair and maintain the refrigerator to avoid frosting copper tube. If the situation is more serious, it is recommended to contact the professional maintenance personnel in time to deal with it.
