Resistance wire is a metal wire with resistivity, such as nickel-chromium wire, constantan wire, tungsten wire and so on. The resistance wire materials in the electric furnace are diverse, and the types of resistance wires required for different uses of the electric furnace are not the same, and the following gives the various materials of the electric furnace resistance wire:
Carbon film resistance wire: made of plating a layer of carbon on the porcelain tube, and depositing crystalline carbon on the skeleton of the ceramic rod, the performance is average.
Metal film resistance wire: Heating the alloy in a vacuum controls the resistance by changing the thickness of the metal film. Metal materials nickel, chromium, copper, tungsten and so on.
Wirewound resistance wire: made of constantan or nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire wound on the ceramic skeleton, the general rated power is generally more than 1W.
Attached: resistance wire preparation process: resistance wire mainly uses vacuum melting plus electroslag remelting, and then the alloy ingot is hot-forged billet, after fine grinding of the billet, then hot rolling processing, after heat treatment of hot-rolled disc strip, and then repeated wire drawing, hydrogen protection heat treatment annealing, until the finished microfilament is pulled, and then hydrogen protection heat treatment annealing.
