1. Working principle of tubular electric heater:
There are two kinds of working principles of tubular electric heater:
The first is to cool the air before it is treated by water. It is generally used when the temperature is high in winter. It is usually called the first cooling or pressurization. The purpose is to increase the enthalpy of the fresh air and reduce the humidity, reduce the humidification capacity of outdoor air in the wastewater room, so as to increase the percentage of fresh air, in line with sanitary rejection. The heater used by the tubular electric heater is called a preheater, and its orientation is set at the outlet end of the fresh air chamber.
The second is to expand the cooling after the air is treated by water, usually called the second cooling or reheating. Its purpose is mainly to compensate for the serious shortage of heat in the workshop.
The heater used is called the reheater, which is generally installed behind the baffle plate of the water column chamber. Although both preheater and reheater are used to cool the air, their functions are not exactly the same. The two cannot be misunderstood and replaced, otherwise the air condition of the workshop will change again.
