1. Water leakage
(1) The aging of smart toilet accessories leads to water leakage.
(2) The water tank is faulty, the buoy inside the water tank is damaged, and the connection between the buoy and the water inlet switch is loose, which will cause the toilet to leak.
(3) The smart toilet inlet valve does not have a filter screen, and the impurities in the water are easy to block the small holes in the sealing ring, resulting in the inlet valve cannot be closed, resulting in water leakage.
2. The water temperature is not hot
(1) Remote control setting problem. First check the remote control problem, whether the remote control temperature setting is normal temperature, you can reset the temperature and wait for a period of time to try.
(2) The hot fuse wire is broken. Unplug and measure the resistance at both ends of the heating line of the tank to see if the resistance value is about 92 ohms. Then test whether there is a resistance of about 92 ohms at both ends of the heating tube, if not, the fuse is broken.
(3) The computer board is broken. The resistance value at both ends of the measurement temperature sensor (25K~80K) is normal, if it is normal, the computer board is broken and needs to be replaced.
We can check the problem of remote control ourselves, but the problem of thermal fuse and computer board requires professional help.
