What is the reason why the heating ring always breaks

1. Calculate the current according to the actual power of the cast aluminum heater, and see if the square of the cross section of the connecting wire is enough;

2. The lead end of the cast aluminum heater terminal is too short, the temperature of the terminal screw is too high when the electric heating is applied, the connecting copper wire is easily oxidized at high temperature, and the contact resistance is increased. At the same time, the wire It will loosen with the wiring pile head (even if it is connected very tightly at the beginning, it will also loosen). The solution is to cool down the wire connection!

A. Use stainless steel wire (which is thicker than the original cast aluminum heater lead screw) or stainless steel flat wire, welded to the original terminal, and then connect the power cord to the other end, so that it can stay away from the cast aluminum The heater, the terminal will not be so hot, so it can be durable.

2. Use a flat brass strip to extend the length, drill one end to connect to the terminal of the cast aluminum heater, extend 5-10 cm, and drill the other end to connect the power cord. The purpose of these two methods is to keep the power cord connection away from the high temperature, so that the wire is not easy to burn. Give it a try.
