In the production process of the electric heating tube, because the length and thickness of the resistance wire are slightly different, the power of the electric heating tube will have a slight deviation. This deviation is allowed.




The range of electric heating tube power deviation is given in "JB/T 2379-93 Industrial Electric Heating Tube Standard": Under the condition of full heating, the deviation of the rated power of the heating tube should not exceed the following specified range:
1. For electric heating tubes whose rated power is less than or equal to 100W: ±10%;
2. For electric heating tubes with a rated power greater than 100W: +5%~-10% or 10W, whichever is greater.
It should be noted that when measuring the resistance, there is a 10% coefficient difference between the cold resistance and the hot resistance.
