After the sealed air generated by the sealed fan enters the electric heater, it exchanges heat with the surface of the electric heating tube, and obtains hot air that meets the process requirements at the outlet. A temperature sensor Pt100 is installed at the outlet of the electric heater to measure the temperature of the sealing air at the outlet, and feedback the measured temperature signal to the automatic temperature control cabinet to ensure the accuracy of the sealing air heating temperature.
The temperature automatic control cabinet is equipped with electrical components for distribution, control and protection of electric heaters, mainly including circuit breakers, AC contactors, temperature display regulators, SCR, SCR triggers and other control and display components. The principle of automatic constant temperature control of the temperature control cabinet: the temperature of the sealed air after the electric heating tube is heated by the temperature sensor is measured, and the temperature signal is fed back to the temperature control regulator in the temperature control cabinet, and the temperature control regulator is processed by the control thyristor The trigger controls the power of the electric heating tube, so as to achieve the purpose of constant temperature control. In the case of over-temperature, the automatic temperature control cabinet outputs an over-temperature alarm signal to the control system to automatically cut off the electric heat source to achieve the purpose of self-protection. The electric heater can be controlled remotely or run on site.
The electric heater and the automatic temperature control cabinet are installed on the same base. Before leaving the factory, the electric heating tube and the automatic temperature control cabinet are connected by high temperature resistant wires.
