Working Principle
The principle is that when thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, current will be generated due to electromagnetic induction. When the thicker metal generates current, the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current flow is absorbed by the metal itself, which will cause the metal to quickly heat up. This equipment is an energy-saving equipment for pre-heating or secondary heating of fuel oil and constant temperature heating of plastic melting runners. It is installed before the combustion equipment to heat the fuel oil before combustion to make it at a high temperature (105℃ -150℃) to reduce the viscosity of fuel oil, promote full atomization and combustion, and finally achieve the purpose of saving energy. It is widely used in the pre-heating or secondary heating of fuel oil such as heavy oil, asphalt, and clear oil, as well as in the rubber and plastic manufacturing industry.
