What should be paid attention to in nitrogen heaters:
(1) Material: The electric heating tube is made of SUS304 stainless steel seamless steel pipe, with a thickness of 1.2mm. The electric heating wire should be selected with high-quality high-temperature nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire (Ni80Cr20). This heating wire has high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, high resistivity, higher yield strength, stronger sulfur resistance and higher elongation.
(2) Filler: select high-purity crystalline magnesium oxide powder as filler, and its particle size and ratio should be reasonable to ensure high flow rate and compactness during the production of heating tubes, and improve the heat conduction efficiency.
(3) Process: Using automatic wire winding machine and advanced welding process, fully automatic powder filling, automatic shrinkage and high temperature annealing treatment process are carried out to eliminate the stress of the electric heating tube and eliminate moisture at the same time. The welding of electric heating elements and bushings must be carried out in strict accordance with the process requirements, and the hydrostatic test, dielectric strength and insulation resistance are tested according to the test pressure.
Features of nitrogen heaters:
1. The nitrogen heater has small size and high power: the heater mainly adopts a cluster tubular heating element inside.
2. The nitrogen heater has a wide application range, strong adaptability, explosion-proof grade up to B and C grade, and its pressure resistance can reach 15Mpa.
3. High heating temperature: the highest working temperature can reach 700 °C.
4. Fully automatic control: Through the heater circuit design, it is convenient to realize automatic control of parameters such as outlet temperature, pressure, flow and other parameters, and can be networked with the computer to realize man-machine dialogue.
