The first station for wire harness production is the open-wire process. The accuracy of the open wire process is directly related to the entire production schedule, once there is an error, especially the short open wire size, it will lead to the rework of all stations, which is time-consuming and laborious and affects production efficiency.
The second station after opening the wire is the crimping process, according to the type of terminal required by the drawing to determine the crimping parameters, make the crimping operation instructions, for special requirements need to indicate on the process documents and train the operator.
The main uses of wire harnesses:
1. Industrial wiring harness: mainly some electronic wires, multi-core wires, cables, etc. with components in the cabinet, mostly used in industrial UPS, PLC, CP, frequency converters, monitoring, air conditioning, wind energy and other cabinets.
2. Automotive wiring harness: the main body of the network of the automobile circuit, also known as the low-voltage cable. Conventional automotive wiring harness products have the characteristics of heat resistance, oil resistance and cold resistance; At the same time, it is soft. It is used for automotive internal connection, and can adapt to high mechanical strength and high temperature environment.
3. LVDS cable
In telecommunication systems, most of the equipment directly used for communication between users is an unlimited load source loss system full utilization link system, while the equipment used to control the connection process of communication equipment is mostly an unlimited load source waiting system full utilization system. When the number of load sources is not very large relative to the capacity of the wiring harness, a full utilization system or partial utilization system with limited load sources is generally used.
