How do we judge whether it's good or bad? Electric heating tubes belong to metal tubular electric heating elements, and their structure is particularly simple. The spiral heating wire is located in the center of the pipe. The heating wire and the metal sheath tube are tightly filled with a filler (magnesium oxide powder) with insulating and thermal conductivity. The nozzle is sealed with a sealing material, and the end of the tube is led out with a conductive pull-out rod. The quality of the electric heating tube can be judged from the following two aspects.

First, the selection of materials
The choice of materials varies depending on the heating environment:
1. Stainless steel 304 is used for normal water heating. Weakly acidic and alkaline liquid is made of stainless steel 316L. Strong acids and bases are coated by Teflon.
2. Stainless steel 304 or iron can be used for oil heating.
3. Air heating is more special, and different materials are selected according to different temperatures.
(1) Stainless steel 304 material is used for working temperature below 300 degrees;
(2) Stainless steel 321 material is used for the working temperature of air dry burning electric heating tube below 500 degrees;
(3) Stainless steel 310S material is used for air dry burning electric heating tube working temperature below 800 degrees;
Second, power design
Due to the different power design of ambient electric heating tubes, we usually measure it in terms of power per meter (that is, how much power can be done in a meter-long heating zone).
(1) The power per meter of water heating is between 1-3;
(2) The power per meter of oil heating is between 1-2;
(3) The heating power per meter of air is between 1-1.5; beyond this range, the greater the power, the shorter the life.
