The first situation: the electric heating tube blows the resistance wire


Reason: A. Short circuit caused by burning of electric heating tube;

C. The diameter of the resistance wire is too small and the capacity is insufficient;


D. Dirt accumulation or carbonization of the electric heating socket causes a short circuit

Solution: A. Replace the heating tube;

The second case: the electric heating tube does not generate heat

D. The power cord plug is in poor contact with the electric heating socket, or the power cord wire is disconnected;

Solution: A. The heating tube is not easy to repair, it is recommended to replace it;


B. Use after normal power supply;


C. The heating tube is scrapped, and the resistance wire of the same model shall be re-produced and installed;

The third situation: leakage of electric heating tube


Reason: A. The circuit wire fell off and collided with the cup body;


B. The electric heating tube is burnt out and the cup body is short-circuited;

E. The insulation of the electric heating tube is damaged;


F. Improper cleaning and moisture leaking into the cup;


Solution: A. Check the disconnected wire and re-solder it firmly;


B. The electric heating tube is damaged and replace the electric heating tube of the same specification;


C. Connect the ground wire as required and check whether it is correct;


D. Clean and dry properly;
