1) The material should have sufficient heat resistance and high temperature strength;
2) It should have a large resistivity;
3) The temperature coefficient of resistance of the material should be small;
4) The thermal expansion coefficient of the material should be small;
The performance test of heat treatment resistance furnace mainly includes rated power, no-load power, temperature rise of the outer wall of the furnace, heating time of the empty furnace, resistance of the electric heating element, thermal efficiency, etc.
