What are the advantages of electric heaters?
1. Features of high heating efficiency, reliable structure, safe use, soft texture, convenience and durability, suitable for heating pipes, oil drums or bathtubs. It overcomes the shortcomings of the existing polyester soft electric heating plate of low use temperature, easy aging and cracking, and hard texture of the carbon fiber paper hard electric heating plate.
2. The black ceramic layer wrapped on the outer wall of the electric heating chip can make the thermal radiation coefficient of the heating wire reach 0.95. Therefore, under the heating conditions of the same temperature, the surface temperature of the heating wire is lower, thereby further improving the service life of the heating wire.
The electric heater has high production efficiency, good flexibility and convenient use. The disadvantage of the flexible electric heating plate is that the copper foil electrode with low temperature (below 80°C) is easy to crack, and the contact with the ink stick is not good, causing electric sparks. After long-term use, the heating element is easy to age and harden, and it is easy to produce micro-cracks. The hard carbon fiber paper heating plate is made by placing conductive carbon fiber paper and copper foil electrodes at both ends between two layers of glass cloth laminates, and heat curing under pressure. Among them, the heating element is carbon fiber paper, the use temperature is high, the heating element is not aging, the service life is long, and the resistance is stable. The defect is due to the mechanical contact between the electric heating sheet and the copper foil, which easily leads to poor contact. It is hard and cannot be rolled or cut.
