The electric heating plate uses stainless steel, ceramics and other materials as the outer shell, and the electric heating alloy wire is enclosed inside the stainless steel heating plate. Therefore, it is closed heating. There is no open flame and no peculiar smell during heating. It has good safety and is suitable for all kinds of Kind of working environment. Its heating material is electric heating alloy wire, the principle is very simple, it is the basic electric heating effect. When working, the electric current passes through the electric heating alloy wire, and the electric heating alloy wire generates heat, which converts electric energy into heat energy and conducts it to the outer shell.

Silicone electric heating plates can be divided into three types: stainless steel heating plates, ceramic heating plates, cast aluminum and cast copper heating plates. Each type has its own characteristics. Among them:
1. Stainless steel heating plate: The mica plate (mica sheet) heater utilizes the good insulation performance and high temperature resistance of mica plate (mica sheet). It uses mica plate (sheet) as the skeleton and insulation layer, supplemented by galvanized sheet The stainless steel plate is used for support and protection, and can be made into various types of heating devices such as plate, sheet, cylindrical, conical, cylindrical, circular and other shapes. The normal surface load is 2.5-3W, and the temperature can withstand 500℃.
2. Ceramic heating plate: The surface of the ceramic heating plate heats up after being energized without being charged. It is widely used in light and heavy industries and household electric heating appliances. The ceramic-clad electric heater can be made into various shapes such as round rod shape, plate shape, tube shape, arc shape and so on. Its appearance and texture are like ordinary daily-use porcelain, but there are electric heating wires embedded in it. Since the ceramic material used has good electrical insulation performance at working temperature, the surface is not charged, the leakage current is small during work, and the use is safe and reliable.
3. Cast aluminum and cast copper heating plates: Cast aluminum and cast copper heating plates can be divided into die-casting and cast-casting. When there are many specifications and sizes, the casting process is generally used. High-purity aluminum blocks and copper blocks are used in casting production, which are transformed from solid to liquid in a high-temperature furnace, and then injected into a mold with a heating tube installed, cooled and molded, and then refined.
