1. The surface load of the cast aluminum heating plate: 0.1~5w/cm2, the surface temperature is below 380℃, and the temperature of 400℃ or higher will cause the heating plate to deform and even melt;


2. Cast iron heating plate, cast aluminum heating plate surface load: 0.1~5w/cm2, the surface temperature is about 700℃;


3. The surface load of the cast aluminum heating plate: 0.1~5w/cm2, the surface temperature is about 600℃, and the temperature resistance is 800℃.

The electric heating tube is cast in a copper alloy to make a cast copper heating plate. After different surface load tests, the following results are obtained:


1. Surface load: when 1w/cm2, surface temperature: about 200℃


2. Surface load: when 2w/cm2, surface temperature: about 330℃


3. Surface load: when 3w/cm2, surface temperature: about 415℃


4. Surface load: when 4w/cm2, surface temperature: about 485℃


5. Surface load: when 5w/cm2, surface temperature: about 550℃


In the test, when the surface temperature of the heating plate reaches 500 degrees, the thermal state inside the heating tube placed in the metal is equivalent to that of the heating element in the air.

When the electric heating tube is heated in the metal, the heating film manufacturer reminds you that you need to know the following points:


1. Both sides of the metal plate are hot;


2. After power on, the electric heating plate cannot be placed in the air for dry burning and must be attached to the heated body;


3. Use temperature control. The surface temperature of the electric heating tube when it is heated in a metal depends on the maximum allowable working temperature of the material of the electric heating tube, which is determined by the maximum allowable working temperature of the metal plate alloy material.
