The design calculation formula of the electric heating tube
1. The design and calculation of the heating tube is generally carried out according to the following three steps:
1. Calculate the power required to heat from the initial temperature to the set temperature within the specified time
2. Calculate the power required to maintain the temperature under the premise of maintaining the temperature of the medium
3. According to the above two calculation results, select the model and quantity of heaters. The total power is taken as the maximum value of the above two types of power and the factor of 1.2 is considered. Formula:
1. THE POWER REQUIRED FOR INITIAL HEATING KW = ( C1M1T + C2M2T )÷ 864/P + P/2
where C1C2 is the specific heat of the container and the medium (Kcal/Kg°C) respectively
M1M2 is the mass of the container and the medium (Kg) respectively
T is the difference between the desired temperature and the initial temperature (°C)
H is the time required for the initial temperature to be heated to the set temperature (h)
P heat dissipation of the container at final temperature (Kw)
2. The power required to maintain the temperature of the medium is KW=C2M3T/864+P
where: M3 increases the medium kg/h per hour
3. Environmental performance curve of heating pipe
