The basic theory of far infrared heat transfer

The overall flexural strength of the far-infrared ceramic heater is 440Kg/CM2; the whole is heated to 800℃, and it is placed in cold water for dozens of times without cracking; the insulation resistance value is greater than 100 megohms, the emissivity is about 0.9, and the radiation wavelength is above 1-25 microns. . The chemical performance is very stable. In the dilute sulfuric acid solution, the heating body will be fully immersed for 24 hours without corrosive damage. Far-infrared ceramic heaters have certain advantages in thermal efficiency, emissivity, safety factor and energy saving, so they are widely used in plastics, chemical, light industry, electronics, medicine, food and other industries.

The basic theory of far-infrared heater heat transfer:

1. The form of heat energy transfer: radiation, conduction, and convection.

2. The absorption capacity of radiant heat is directly proportional to the surface blackness of the heated object.

3. The heat conduction intensity of the heated object is directly proportional to the temperature gradient (on the surface and inside of the object) and inversely proportional to the thermal resistance.

4. Heat energy is mainly (90%) transferred in the form of radiation at high temperature, and its radiation intensity is proportional to the fourth power of the temperature.

5. The infrared characteristics (wavelength) emitted by objects with different characteristics are different, and infrared rays with different characteristics are easily received by objects with the same characteristics (that is, emitted by solid materials)

Infrared rays are easily absorbed by solids, but not easily absorbed by gases.
