1. The working voltage should be equal to the rated voltage or not exceed 10% of the rated value;

3. Leakage current: the leakage current in cold state and the leakage current after water pressure and sealing test should not exceed 0.5mA; the leakage current in hot state under working temperature should not exceed 0.12mA;
4. Heating tube insulation resistance: the cold insulation resistance during the factory inspection should be no less than 50MΩ, after the sealing test, the insulation resistance after long-term storage or use should be no less than 1MΩ;
