2. Product introduction

The operating temperature range of the silicone rubber heater is between -60°C at low temperature and 250°C at high temperature. The voltage can be customized according to the user's requirements, and the highest power density is 2.1W/cm2. There are two types of heating cores: high-resistance alloy wire and metal foil. The electric heating core made of metal foil can make the heating plate withstand high power density and has excellent rapid heating function.

Silicone rubber heater, in sheet shape (standard thickness is 1.5mm), it has good flexibility and can be in close contact with the heated object. In this way, heat can be transferred wherever it is needed.

Features:

(1) Various shapes and sizes can be customized according to customer requirements (such as round, oval, cone ┅┅).

(2) The insulating layer of the silicone rubber heater is composed of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth, which has high insulation performance, and the breakdown voltage can reach 20-50KV/mm, so it can be used with confidence.

(3) The silicone rubber heater is very convenient to install. It can be installed through room temperature vulcanized rubber, vulcanized, or installed in holes according to customer requirements, or in the form of bundles.

(4) The heating element is made of nickel alloy alloy foil by etching, the heating power can reach 2.1W/cm2, and the heating is more uniform.
