Even in the case of non-normal operation, the input power can be reduced very low due to the regulation of the PTC element itself, and there will be no surprises.

The PTC ceramic heating element used in the refrigeration device is composed of several monolithic pieces combined in parallel and bonded with corrugated aluminum strips by high temperature. This type of PTC heater has the advantages of low thermal resistance, high heat transfer efficiency and low power attenuation in long-term use.


Its outstanding feature is also in the safety performance, that is, in the event of fan failure and stop, PTC heater due to insufficient heat dissipation, its power will automatically drop sharply, at this time the surface temperature of the heater is maintained at the Curie temperature (generally around 250 °C), so as not to produce such as electric heating pipe heater surface "red" phenomenon. In addition, the overall shape of the PTC heater is lightweight, which is very easy to assemble in the whole machine.
